“Be brave enough to live the life of your dreams according to your vision and purpose instead of the expectations and opinions of others.”
-Roy T. Bennett
When you think of purpose, what do you think of? Purpose is more than just a word, it is a destination. A destination everyone is striving towards. A destination some people fear they will never uncover.
The world distorts our view on why we are here on the earth. When we lose sight of our purpose, we start to allow negative thoughts to cloud our mind. We then, begin to start to believe the lies of the enemy. Society makes us believe we are worthless and will never be enough. The truth is, you are enough.
Don’t allow the things of this world to steal your joy, dreams, or purpose from you. Take back what is rightfully yours. Allow yourself to be the best you, you can be. You were designed to fulfill your fullest potential.
God just wants us the way we are. He never expects us to be perfect or to have our life all together. He wants us to allow Him into our life. When we come to God with our life, He brings peace to all the chaos around us. As we begin to discover who He created us to be, He starts the healing process and works through us.
When we allow God to work through our life, the layers of unworthiness start to fall off and we start to realize our purpose. We are created for greatness and to impact the world around us. We are here to be the hands and feet of Jesus. This is simply loving on people in our day to day life.
1 Corinthians 16:14 says, “Do everything in love.” Love is powerful, it always wins. I just want to encourage you today and say I believe in you. I believe you can move mountains. I believe you are more than an overcomer. I believe you are enough.
Your life has purpose.
